You've been steadily working towards your goals in life with the hopes that it will provide greater self-worth, meaning, or inner peace. Yet despite all the progress made over time there’s always that voice inside your head that points out your flaws and states that more needs to be done in order to be happy or secure- “only when I get this promotion, get the perfect body, make X amount of money”. You are also compassionate and do things the right way yet your relationships with others leave you feeling frustrated, defensive, or unfulfilled.

You push through feelings of depression or anxiety as exhaustion builds up over time. When you finally manage to attain your goal the feeling of satisfaction or joy lasts for a period of time before it eventually begins to fade, leaving you to wonder “is this it?”. Deep down inside you know something has to change as you start the cycle all over again.

My passion lies in using a holistic approach to help individuals tap into their inner wisdom and harness their innate capacity for growth and healing. As we explore the different parts of ourselves from a place of curiosity and compassion we gain new insights, heal past wounds, and develop new ways of relating to ourselves, others, and challenges in our life. I want to help you feel embodied to your most authentic self and live a life that provides meaning.

Internal Family Systems Therapy

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy is an evidence-based treatment approach that provides a non-pathologizing and empowering perspective to clients as they work through their challenges. I am trained in IFS Level 2 with the IFS Institute and currently working towards IFS certification. Click here to learn more about IFS

Therapy is a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin to understand the patterns and emotions that shape your experiences in a safe way. Together, we’ll find ways to help you feel more grounded, process and integrate past traumatic or painful memories, and build skills that support your healing and growth.

Every person brings a unique set of needs, and our work together will reflect that. Some sessions might focus on tuning into your internal experience—getting curious about what emotions are present and what they’re asking for. Other times, we might concentrate on practical tools to manage current challenges. The direction of treatment may shift as your needs shift over time, but my presence will remain steady. My treatment approach is personalized and tailored for each person.
